How do I get started with LaundryDesk?
Choose the LaundryDesk plan that best fits your business and click “Choose Plan” to continue to our software platform. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your subscription and set up your account. If you need help selecting a plan or getting started, you can contact our team for assistance.
Can I try LaundryDesk before subscribing?
LaundryDesk plans are available as paid subscriptions. If you’d like to evaluate the software before purchasing, you can request sandbox access or book a personal demo. Sandbox access is subject to review and availability. For information about refunds after purchasing a subscription, please refer to our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
What happens if I reach my plan limits?
Each LaundryDesk plan includes defined allowances for items such as orders, photo uploads, and driver trips. We notify you as you approach relevant limits where notifications are supported. Once an included allowance is exhausted, the applicable feature may incur additional wallet charges or require a plan upgrade, depending on the feature. Photo uploads beyond the included allowance are charged at ₹0.20 per upload. Driver assignments beyond the included trip allowance are charged at ₹5 per applicable assignment, as described in our usage policy. Please check your plan details and wallet balance to understand any additional charges.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. LaundryDesk offers monthly and annual subscription options. Annual subscriptions provide savings compared with paying month by month and include free dedicated onboarding, as specified in the offer. Select your preferred billing period on the Pricing page to view the applicable subscription price.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade your LaundryDesk subscription as your business grows and you need additional capacity or features. Your existing data is retained during an upgrade. Any applicable price difference, billing adjustment, and activation timing will be shown or communicated as part of the upgrade process.
Are software updates included?
LaundryDesk is continuously improved to support your business operations. Software updates and improvements are included with your subscription, subject to the features and services available under your plan.
Does it support GST billing for Indian businesses?
LaundryDesk supports GST-related billing and invoicing for Indian businesses. You can configure the relevant business and tax details to generate invoices according to the options available in the software. Please confirm your specific accounting and compliance requirements with your tax advisor.
Can I use LaundryDesk for multiple stores?
Yes. The Expand plan is designed for laundry businesses that operate across multiple stores. It includes one owner account, up to three stores, and nine staff users, along with the other allowances listed on the Pricing page. It helps you coordinate operations across locations while maintaining store-level tracking and business reporting. If you operate more stores or have specialized requirements, contact us to discuss a customized Enterprise solution.
Is my business data secure?
LaundryDesk is a cloud-based platform that uses encrypted connections to help protect data transmitted between your device and our services. We do not sell your business data. Access to your information and the handling of stored data are subject to our security practices, privacy policy, and applicable terms. How long does LaundryDesk retain my data?
Business records, including order information, customer details, and invoices, are retained for up to two years after an order is completed. Garment photographs associated with completed orders are retained for up to six months. These retention periods help manage storage while keeping relevant historical information available. If you have specific data-retention requirements, contact us to discuss whether a customized Enterprise arrangement is available. Please refer to our applicable policies for details about retention and data handling.
