Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to LaundryDesk. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the LaundryDesk website, cloud-based software platform and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

LaundryDesk provides software designed to help laundry and dry-cleaning businesses manage their operations, including order management, billing, customer records, garment tracking, reporting and related workflows.

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Service Provider and Contact

LaundryDesk is a software product operated by TECHMARTIALS TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED (CIN U74909HR2023PTC116785) (“we”, “us” or “our”).

The product name LaundryDesk does not, by itself, constitute a separate legal entity.

For questions about these Terms, subscriptions or the Services, contact:

Email: support@laundrydesk.com

Any legally required business identification and grievance contact details will be made available in accordance with applicable law.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services.

If you use LaundryDesk on behalf of a business, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on behalf of that business.

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep your account information reasonably up to date.

4. Account Registration and Security

Access to LaundryDesk may be provided through an approved sandbox arrangement or an active paid subscription, depending on the access offered to you.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account, subject to applicable law.

You must notify us promptly at support@laundrydesk.com if you suspect unauthorised access or a security incident affecting your account.

We may take reasonable steps to investigate reported incidents, protect accounts and maintain the security of the Services.

5. Subscription Plans, Fees and Taxes

LaundryDesk offers subscription plans and features as described on the website or in the applicable subscription interface.

The applicable plan, subscription period, price, included features, usage limits and additional charges will be displayed or communicated before purchase.

Subscription fees are generally payable in advance for the selected billing period. Applicable taxes will be charged as required by law.

Any usage-based charges, wallet deductions or additional fees will be governed by the applicable plan details and usage terms communicated to you.

We may revise subscription prices or plan features. Unless otherwise agreed or required by law, a price change will apply to future subscription periods after reasonable notice. Changes will not retroactively alter fees already paid for a completed billing period.

6. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers.

Payment processing is subject to the applicable payment provider’s terms and procedures. You authorise the applicable charges when you confirm a purchase or other billable transaction.

Failed, reversed or overdue payments may result in restricted access or suspension after appropriate notice, where required by law or the circumstances.

You remain responsible for resolving valid outstanding amounts associated with your subscription.

7. Trials, Sandbox Access and Demonstrations

Sandbox access, demonstrations and trials, where offered, are intended to help prospective customers evaluate LaundryDesk.

The availability, duration, permitted use and limitations of any such access will be communicated when it is provided.

Sandbox or demonstration access does not constitute a paid subscription unless a paid subscription is expressly purchased.

We may suspend or end sandbox access in accordance with the applicable access arrangement or where necessary for security, misuse prevention or operational reasons.

8. Upgrades, Downgrades and Cancellation

You may request a subscription upgrade or downgrade in accordance with the options available in the applicable subscription interface or through our support team.

An upgrade will take effect according to the terms and price displayed before confirmation.

Unless otherwise specified at the time of purchase, a downgrade will take effect from the next billing period.

Cancellation, renewal, refund eligibility and the effect of cancellation on access are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy:

https://laundrydesk.com/refund-and-cancellation-policy/

Please review that policy before purchasing or changing a subscription.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or data.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent that applicable law does not permit such restriction.
  • Copy, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the Services without our written authorisation.
  • Interfere with the security, integrity or performance of the Services.
  • Upload malicious code or content that infringes third-party rights.
  • Use the Services to send unlawful, deceptive or unsolicited communications.
  • Access or use another person’s data without appropriate authority.

We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law and any required notice.

10. Customer Data and Content

You retain your rights in the business data and content that you submit to LaundryDesk, subject to the rights of any relevant third parties.

You authorise us to host, store, process, transmit and otherwise handle that data to the extent reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure and support the Services, in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights, permissions and lawful basis to submit personal data and other content to the Services.

You remain responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the business records and customer information you enter into LaundryDesk.

We do not acquire ownership of your business data merely because you use the Services.

Access to, export of, retention of and deletion of customer data following subscription expiry or account termination will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the applicable service arrangements and applicable law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, disclosed and protected in connection with the Services.

Privacy Policy: https://laundrydesk.com/privacy-policy/

You should review the Privacy Policy before using the Services.

We will handle personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

12. Intellectual Property

The LaundryDesk software, product branding, logos, website design, documentation and other materials are owned by or licensed to the relevant rights holder.

Except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms and your active subscription, no intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

You must not copy, modify, distribute or commercially exploit our software or materials without prior written authorisation, except where permitted by applicable law.

13. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

The Services may be affected by maintenance, updates, connectivity problems, third-party dependencies, security incidents or events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update or modify features to maintain security, improve performance, comply with law or develop the product. Where a material change substantially affects a paid feature, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and as required by law or the applicable subscription arrangement.

Nothing in this section excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may discontinue your use of LaundryDesk and cancel your subscription in accordance with the applicable subscription and cancellation terms.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of non-payment, material breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, security risks, unlawful use or a legal requirement.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspension or termination.

Upon termination, access to the Services may cease. Any remaining access period, refund eligibility and outstanding payment obligations will be handled in accordance with the applicable subscription terms and Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Data export, retention and deletion will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable service arrangements.

15. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on or integrate with third-party services, including payment providers, email services and infrastructure providers.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

We are not responsible for independent third-party services to the extent that their operation is outside our reasonable control. This does not exclude any responsibility that applicable law requires us to retain.

16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LaundryDesk is provided on an “as available” basis, subject to the service commitments expressly agreed with you.

We do not guarantee that the Services will meet every business requirement or that every interruption, error or data loss can be prevented. You should maintain appropriate records and backups of information that is important to your business.

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services.

Any limitation of our total liability must be interpreted subject to applicable law and will not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights or remedies available to you.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims and losses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of third-party rights.

This provision does not apply to the extent that a claim or loss is caused by our own breach of law, negligence or other conduct for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Complaints and Grievances

For support requests, complaints or concerns regarding the Services, email support@laundrydesk.com.

Please include your registered email address, business name, a description of the issue and any relevant transaction or account reference.

We will review complaints and respond within a reasonable period and within any applicable statutory timeframe.

Where applicable law requires a designated grievance officer or other formal complaint-handling contact, the relevant details will be provided on the website or in the applicable legal notice.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes will be handled by the courts or other competent forums having jurisdiction under applicable law. Nothing in these Terms restricts any non-waivable right to bring a claim before a competent consumer forum or other statutory authority.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Services, our business practices or applicable law.

The revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Where a material change affects existing subscribers, we will provide notice where reasonably practicable and as required by law or the applicable agreement.

Changes will take effect on the stated effective date, subject to applicable law. Continued use after the effective date may constitute acceptance where legally valid; otherwise, the applicable legal requirements will govern.

21. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Our failure to enforce a provision on one occasion does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

These Terms, together with the applicable subscription details and referenced policies, govern your use of LaundryDesk, subject to any separately signed agreement that expressly applies to your account.
