By accessing, registering, purchasing, or using LaundryDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.
1. About LaundryDesk
LaundryDesk is a cloud-based software platform designed to help laundry and dry-cleaning businesses manage their operations, including orders, billing, customer communication, and reporting.
2. Eligibility
To use LaundryDesk, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal authority to operate a business or represent one
- Provide accurate and complete information during signup or checkout
3. Account Registration
- You may access LaundryDesk through a trial or paid subscription.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
LaundryDesk is not liable for any loss caused by unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.
4. Trial Access
- LaundryDesk may offer a time-limited trial (for example, 3 days).
- Trial access may be paid or unpaid, depending on the offer displayed at checkout.
- Trial accounts provide limited access to features.
- Trial access automatically expires at the end of the trial period unless upgraded to a paid plan.
No refunds are provided for expired trial periods.
5. Subscription Plans & Billing
- LaundryDesk offers Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly subscription plans.
- Prices, features, and plan limits are displayed on the website and plan detail pages.
- Subscription fees are billed in advance for the selected period.
- Taxes, if applicable, are charged as per local regulations.
LaundryDesk reserves the right to update pricing or plan features, with changes applying to future billing cycles only.
6. Payments
- Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways.
- LaundryDesk does not store card or banking information.
- You agree to provide valid and complete payment details.
Failure of payment may result in suspension or termination of access until dues are cleared.
7. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, available on the website.
In general:
- Trial purchases are non-refundable
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing period has started
8. Plan Changes (Upgrade / Downgrade)
- You may upgrade your plan at any time.
- Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Feature access adjusts according to the active plan.
9. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use LaundryDesk for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, or resell the software
- Interfere with system security or performance
- Upload harmful or malicious content
- Share your account with unauthorized users
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.
10. Data & Content Ownership
- You retain ownership of all business data you enter into LaundryDesk.
- You grant LaundryDesk permission to process this data solely to provide the Services.
- LaundryDesk does not claim ownership over your business or customer data.
11. Service Availability
- LaundryDesk aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen outages may occur.
- We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
12. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, logos, designs, and content related to LaundryDesk are the intellectual property of LaundryDesk.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.
13. Termination
LaundryDesk reserves the right to:
- Suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms
- Terminate inactive or unpaid accounts after notice
You may stop using the service at any time by discontinuing your subscription.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- LaundryDesk shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid by you in the last billing period
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold LaundryDesk harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
- Your use of the Services
- Violation of these Terms
- Violation of any applicable laws
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
17. Changes to Terms
LaundryDesk may update these Terms from time to time.
Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
