This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and subscription changes are handled for LaundryDesk.

By purchasing or using LaundryDesk services, you agree to this policy.


1. Trial Purchases

LaundryDesk may offer a time-limited trial, which may be paid or unpaid depending on the plan.

  • Trial fees, if charged, are non-refundable
  • Trial access automatically expires at the end of the trial period unless upgraded
  • No refunds are provided for unused or partially used trial periods

Trials are intended to help you evaluate the software before committing to a subscription.


2. Subscription Payments

LaundryDesk offers Monthly, Quarterly, and Yearly subscription plans.

  • All subscription fees are billed in advance
  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period has started
  • No refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellation prevents future billing
  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • No partial refunds are issued for early cancellation

4. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:

  • Duplicate payment due to a technical error
  • Payment charged but service not activated due to a system failure

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Change of mind
  • Business closure
  • Lack of usage
  • Feature expectations not matching requirements
  • Internet, device, or third-party service issues

All refund decisions are final.


5. Plan Upgrades & Downgrades

  • Plan upgrades take effect immediately upon payment
  • Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle
  • Pricing differences during upgrades are handled at the time of purchase

No refunds are issued for plan downgrades.


6. Failed or Disputed Payments

  • Failed payments may result in temporary suspension of access
  • Repeated failures may lead to account termination
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate service suspension until resolved

7. Payment Gateway Charges

Transaction fees, gateway charges, and taxes are non-refundable even in approved refund cases.
